I practice a form of meditation, rooted in Taoism, and focusing on the spiritual energies of the heart as taught by Leong Tan from the Chinese community in Malaysia. In addition, have studied and practiced Jewish, mindfulness, and Buddhist forms of meditation. My teachings reflect a lifelong exploration of many spiritual traditions and practices and are intuitively tailored to meet each student at their level of practice. There is no one right way to learn meditation. The lessons of meditation should integrate into each person\'s daily life.
