Her certification is in Professional-level 500 hr. Kripalu Yoga training in the U.S. and India and 2nd Degree Reiki Certification. She openly communicates with you about her own personal growth experiences and the teachings of many ancient traditions.

She listens with compassion and a genuine intention to help empower you to discover and nurture an authentic relationship to living a life grounded in the present moment.

She lives year-round on the vineyard and currently offers yoga classes, workshops, healing arts sessions and healthy lifestyle consultations.
